‘Inhuman’ treatment by the US condemned by Iran

After reports of the deportation of a student despite having a valid visa, Iran condemned what it called the "illegal and inhumane" treatment by US border officials of its nationals on Saturday.

Speaker Abbas Mousavi, of the Foreign Ministry, claimed that "all completely discriminatory steps that only take place over race, ethnicity or religion are in violation of international human rights laws and principles."
