30 Wounded in Donbas Strikes, Russia Continues to be Accused of Chemical Attacks

Ukrainian officials have been accusing Russia of having used phosphorus chemical bombs in its eastern Donbas region.

Another airstrike by Moscow on a monastery that was sheltering civilians has wounded 30 individuals.

According to International law, the use of phosphorus shells is strictly prohibited in densely populated civilian areas. However, they are permitted to be used as a cover for troops.
