The Washington Capitals were supposed to play against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night, but the game has now been postponed. This is the 50th NHL game to be postponed this season due to the Covid-19.
The league said that Justin Schultz, the Capitals’ defenseman, and Daniel Sprong, the team’s forward, had been tested positive for the Covid-19 prior to the games.
