Accenture to buy from Broadcom

Accenture Plc, a consulting giant, has agreed to buy a cybersecurity services business from Broadcom Inc. It was the part of Symantec’s enterprise division.

According to the reports, Accenture is buying the unit for an undisclosed sum. It has 300 employees. The deal is expected to close in March.
