According to a UAE Skills Survey published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, 93% of enterprises had difficulty recruiting properly qualified engineers for vacant roles in the previous year (IET).
The IET, a 151-year-old global organisation with more than 155,000 members in 148 countries, has released the results of its UAE Skills Survey report, which reveals the UAE's engineering industry's skills deficit.
