Aetna International's portfolio will be acquired by Allianz Partners in a global deal

Allianz Partners, a worldwide insurance and assistance company, has agreed to take over the majority of Aetna International's health insurance business outside of the Americas, Thailand, and India under a preferred partnership agreement.
