During the year time frame 2017-2018, more than five-and-a-half thousand youngsters matured 10 and over were under youth equity supervision on a normal day. These are the numbers from the latest Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) youth equity report. These figures have added to calls to rise the time of criminal duty in Australia from 10 years to 14. In New South Wales, the law accepts that kids matured younger than 10 can't....
