Archroma India Private Limited has completed the acquisition of its OBA

Archroma, a global leader in colour and speciality chemicals, announced that Archroma India Private Limited has completed the acquisition of its OBA (optical brightening agents) stilbene-based paper and powder detergent business from BASF India Limited (BIL).

The deal includes the stilbene-based OBA software, portfolio and manufacturing unit of BASF in Ankleshwar, India, which employs around 100 people.
