As the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon returns as a major event, up to 50,000 participants are anticipated

After two editions that were modified and scaled back due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon will resume as a full-scale event in December with up to 50,000 participants anticipated.

The race will feature full and half marathons as well as a mass start and road race format for the first time since 2019, the organisers announced in a news release on Wednesday (Jun 22).
