Andrew McDonald has taken the role of Australia’s interim cricket coach following the leave of former Head Coach Justin Langer. McDonald had been an assistant to Langer since 2019 and will be taking the responsibility of leading the team through the T20 series against Sri Lanka starting today.
The Sri Lankan tour is being looked at as an audition for McDonald’s permanent stay.
