BANGALORE: KSRTC, BMTC SUFFER FROM CASH CRUNCH, UNABLE TO PAY SALARIES

Four of the major transport corporations in the state of Karnataka are no funds to pay the salaries and have asked for help from the state government. Almost three weeks after halting bus services across the state, bus corporations like Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) and Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), have dried up their balances.
