Robert Forster, a prolific actor who has won accolades was nominated for Oscars for Quentin Tarantino's Jackie Brown and appeared in more than 100 films, died this week in Los Angeles because of the brain cancer. He was 78.
Tarantino created the bail bondsman character Max Cherry with Forster in mind, and also the role grabbed him his 1st Academy Awards nomination.
