Cabinet agreed to the proposed hike in beer, liquor shops’ license fee in Uttar Pradesh

The state cabinet approved the new excise policy for the tenure 2020 to 2021 on this Tuesday, providing for a special license for the serving of liquor on trains and cruise, an increase in the license fee for the beer and liquor shops, and also for the provision of an a lounge bar at airports and the selling of wine at shops along with IMFL (Indian made foreign liquor) shops in Uttar Pradesh.
