Chinese, Japanese, and South Korean leaders meet as North Korean threats rise

This week, the specter of fresh war between Pyongyang and Washington is hanging from China, Japan, and South Korea. North Korea's move is increasingly risky to put an end to a painful rest and the latest diplomatic effort.

President Moon Jae-in from South Korea and Shinzo Abe from Japan are expected to meet with Xi Jinping on Monday. They will then fly to Chengdu Southwest, where they will meet with Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqi....
