Copenhagen chlorine leak killed 96000 farmed salmon

A leak in a nearby tank sent about 4,000 gallons of chlorine into a fjord in Arctic Norway is believed to be the reason for the death of about 96,000 farmed salmon. As informed by a spokesman for the salmon farming company, Grieg Seafood, Roger Pedersen, the leak might have occurred at one of its fish slaughterhouses in the town of Alta when the fishes were in a waiting cage nearby.
