Death of Mother and baby after taking medicine from Cologne pharmacy

The baby was born via associate emergency cesarean when the mother took an aldohexose mixture created in the Heilig-Geist-Apotheke in the Cologne district of Longerich.

Another woman dealt with complications when overwhelming an equivalent medication; however, she stopped taking the mixture. Each was reported by a doctor last Thursday.
