DTCC converting Heat to Electricity

From the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University Of Hong Kong (HKU), Dr. Tony Shien-Ping Feng along with his team has invented a Direct Thermal Charging Cell (DTCC) that is able to convert heat to electricity effectively, creating a great potential for reducing greenhouse effects by absorbing exhaust heat as well as cutting down the primary energy wastage.
