It is building the first maritime robot testing center for offshore wind in Europe in real time.
The European Atlantis Center will be in Viana do Castelo and will require a EUR 8.5 million investment. It is managed by INESC TEC, and has as its main partner EDP (NEW-Center for New Energy Technologies).
