Europe to Ensure Zero Pollution in Drinking Water

The European Commission has ruled today that drinking water needs to be monitored closely to check for the presence of two compounds, beta-estradiol, and nonylphenol) that disrupt the endocrine system. The Commission has set the first “watch list” of chemicals in drinking water that needs to be looked for and addressed if needed.
