EXHICON Impex FZE LLC, (An EXHICON Group Company) announced today in Dubai the acquisition of a 51 per cent ownership in Al Yanabia Technical Services LLC, situated in Dubai. Terms of the deal and cash invested for the acquisition were not disclosed.
