On Sunday Janet Louise Yellen, who served as the Federal Reserve Chairwoman from 2014 to 2018, emphasized how regulators require new, superior powers if they intend to counter possible asset bubbles.

It is not unknown how economists seldom seem to agree with each other. However, at the yearly meeting of the American Economic Association, which took place in San Diego, this appeared to change. Economists seemed to unite over the idea ....
