Fifty percent of US children are not getting enough sleep, studies revealed

Recent research done by the American Academy of Pediatrics reveals something to be worried about. Around 48% of school children in the United States get nine hours of sleep mostly weeknights. Those who are getting enough of sleep, significantly show a positive outlook toward school and many other signs of 'childhood flourishing'. Adding to behavioral and social well-being of a child.
