Following a fresh round of EU sanctions aimed at reducing European imports of Russian oil products by 90% in the next six months, European governments are scrambling to find alternatives.

French Economy and Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire stated on Sunday that France is in talks with the United Arab Emirates to replace Russian oil and gas purchases.
