For Japan’s academic research NII start operation SINET supporting to 400 Gbps

SINET is a network used by research organizations and universities across Japan. Ultra-high-speed 100Gbps lines established between data centers in each prefecture in Japan at the release of its current version, SINET5, in April 2016.
