KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 20 — The government has to take measures to expand the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a transportation fuel, as it is the safest and most appropriate fossil fuel in today's eco-friendly era.

Subject matter expert Mohd Rafe Mohamed Ramli, LNG production (bunkering) said the use of LNG would help the country to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 45% by 2030.
