Harris gives speech at U.S. Navy facility in which he strongly criticizes China's recent activities

Days after the government promised U.S. military would help protect Taiwan if it was attacked, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris made remarks to American sailors deployed in Japan in which she decried "disturbing" acts by China.

While visiting the largest overseas U.S. Navy post in Yokosuka, west of Tokyo, Harris said in prepared remarks, "China is weakening critical parts of the international rules-based order."<....
