HDFC acquires a majority stake in Apollo Munich Health Insurance

On Thursday, HDFC completed the acquisition of majority stake in Apollo Munich Health Insurance. The deal was worth for 1,495.81 crores.

In Apollo Munich, HDFC bought a 50.80 percent stake of Apollo Hospitals Group. It was for 1,485.14 crores. It also bought 0.36 percent shareholding of employees for 10.67 crores.
