It was told by 3 former employees at Mylan that there are some machines at a West Virginia factory, some of which are as huge as a dump truck, that blend pharmaceutical ingredients then press them into the form of tablets. Afterward, capsules are filled. The owner of the factory is Mylan, the generic-drug giant. By the end of each run, ceilings, the walls, floors, and almost every spot of the complex equipment were covered in powdery residues ....
