In a blow to Singapore, Malaysia has reaffirmed its prohibition on live chicken exports

Malaysia has maintained that it will stop exporting all live chickens, effectively ruling out the possibility that some restaurants in Singapore might still be able to import free-range or premium chickens.

Live birds, whole carcasses, chilled and frozen meat, chicken parts, and chicken-based goods will be prohibited from export beginning June 1, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries lat....
