India and Sweden announced on Monday the launch of a pilot project to turn paddy stubble into green coal in Mohali, Punjab, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and King Carl XVI Gustaf visiting Sweden inaugurating a high-level bilateral policy dialog on the technology sector.
