Environment around the globe is changing, and the efforts that have been put in writing in the Paris Agreement are doing little to help the course of this transition, Sustainable development goals (SDG’s) have been put in place but the nature has ensured that these come as too little too late with regions globally suffering from catastrophic damages due to natural calamities such as typhoons and cloud bursts, while some arid regions of the world are suffering to make the mandatory quota of water reach their lips due to severe shortage of water. The weather that has been changing with the environment has put more people at risk of harsher versions of diseases, and no real solution in sight as the plight of the people continues to increase.
The governments of India and Germany have inked a historic agreement on Artificial Intelligence and its usage in the farming industry as India is one of the largest producers of food grains in the world, but the changing climatic conditions are doing little to help that stance. Farming is also one of the biggest carbon footprinting jobs, and in order to minimize the carbon footprint, thus produced a step was taken. In India, stubble burning is the cause of severe pollution faced by Delhi during the months of October and November and this has to do with the policy interventions as well as the technology adoption that the government has done, and this agreement will help the government take a firm stance in dealing with such menace in the future.
