The failing finances and banking sector of the nation of India have been hinting towards the merger of major banks, and this has changed the whole banking and financing infrastructure of the nation as people, as well as investors, have started pulling out their capital from these institutions. There have been talks of the merger in the insurance sector, too, but they have mostly been rumors as there was no official statement made for this.
