The US has changed its stand on so called “illegal Israeli settlements” and has said that they are not inconsistent with the international law. According to Mike Pompeo, US Secretary of State, Israelis and Palestinians were supposed to negotiate the status of West Bank. The move was welcomed by Israel. This step is a reversal of the US stance.
