Japan receives around 180,000 contaminated shots of Moderna vaccine, halts immunization

The Japanese health ministry had given Emergency use approval to Moderna in May this year. But, on Thursday the Japanese government has asked people to stop using this vaccine, as 1.63 million doses of the vaccine are suspended.
