• Japan’s National Council of Visual Disabled inspected subway after platform incident.
• 6 members of the council along with two more supporters inspected the scene of the accident.
• The members of the national council walked along the platform to inspect the scene.
• Platform doors were installed in early November but had yet to be operating.
