Lux Industries falls 7% after more than 4 % equity of the hosiery company changes hands via block deals

On the BSE, on Monday, Shares of Lux Industries slipped 7 % to Rs 1,301 after more than 4 % equity of the hosiery company changed hands via block deals.

The exchange data shows that around 1.09 million equity shares (representing 4.31 % of total equity) of Lux Industries changed hands via two block deals on the BSE. The buyers and seller’s names are not ascertained immediately.
