Masdar City breaks Guinness World Record through a mosaic of 90,000 recycled items

A new Guinness World Record has been set by Masdar City- a flagship innovative and sustainable urban development of Abu Dhabi. The city has succeeded in its latest venture of building world’s largest mosaic made from recycled materials.

The mosaic measures 1,015 square metres. Reports allege it took one month to assemble and contain almost 90,500 recycled items in an area which measures the size of two basketball courts. The ma....
