Mass Shooting at a St. Louis School: A "Perfect Storm," as Described in the Suspect's Note

The police commissioner of St. Louis said on Tuesday that the young shooter who killed a student and a teacher at a high school there left a note in his car in which he described his feelings of loneliness as "a perfect storm for a mass shooting."

On Monday, Orlando Deshawn Harris drove to Central Visual and Performing Arts High School, where he opened fire, killing a 61-year-old instructor and a 16-year-old female student ....
