MAUSAM: FIRST WEATHER APP LAUNCHED BY THE IMD FOR GENERAL PUBLIC

• Previously an app called Meghdoot was launched that was meant for all the farmers and people involved in agriculture

• Mausam has been jointly developed by ICRISAT's Digital Agriculture and Youth Team, IMD and Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) Pune
