Countries with interests in the prolonged conflict in Libya have agreed to give warring parties no additional military assistance while a cease-fire persists.

After around four hours of chancellery talks, German chancellor Angela Merkel announced at the Berlin Sunday peace summit.

Leaders of Libyan warring parties and foreign powers consulted in the oil-rich North African country on ways of resolving the long-term conflict.....
