NASA CONFIRMS ENOUGH WATER ON MOON

• Paul Hayne from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and his team was successful in mapping cold, permanently shadowed regions on the moon, which are considered to contain ice as they are not exposed to sunlight

• According to the researchers, these cold traps are likely to be spread in 40,000 square kilometres on the moon, which is around 0.1 percent of it’s surface
