NASDAQ ON RECORD HIGH AFTER TRUMP’S COMMENT ON IRAN ATTACK EASES

The stock market was on the rise late Wednesday after US President Donald Trump's comment eased the worry of further escalation in US-Iranian tensions. The Dow Jones Average was up by 161.41 points, or 0.6%, and closed at 28,745.09. The Nasdaq Composite broke the record of intraday opening as well as closing trading and gained 0.7% to 9,129.24. The S&P 500 advanced 0.5% to 3,253.05 and was at an intraday all-time high.
