The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has acknowledged an appealing counter to the Aviva Life Insurance Company to start bankruptcy accounts and measures against it. This is the reaction towards a demand at the court by the Apeejay Trust, which claims Aviva has not been able to give it license fee and service tariff charges for the properties that come under Aviva, in Vashi (Navi Mumbai).
