One Medical signs up for $100 million IPO

One Medical company has filed for an IPO with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to its fillings, the startup One medical which has a membership model for patients to access care virtually or at One Medical Clinics, is targeting to raise $100 million through its IPO.

In September month of 2019, it had 397,000 members in nine markets in the U.S. It also had about 6,000 enterprise customers.
