Panic has confirmed that the long awaited console will arrive in 2020

Panic Inc., the upcoming Playdate developer, has confirmed that the long awaited console will arrive in 2020.

The confirmation comes almost eight months after Panic first announced the Playdate on Edge magazine cover.

Playdate is one of the gaming consoles with the highest expectations to launch by 2020. Sony is also set to begin its follow-up to its PlayStation lineup, the PlayStation 5, this year.
