PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC), the petrochemical division of the national oil and gas giant PTT Plc, has acquired a 9.18 per cent share in the French chemical manufacturer Vencorex Holding as part of its ongoing acquisition of assets with a focus on value-added goods.
PTTGC, which already owned a 90.8 per cent holding in Vencorex, will now have complete ownership of the company thanks to the share purchase from Perstorp Holding AB.
