Ruby Chocolate approved by FDA to carry the ‘Chocolate’ label

The fourth type of chocolate- Ruby has now been approved by the FDA to carry the chocolate label. A Belgian-Swiss cocoa company, Barry Callebaut had introduced the Ruby Chocolate back in 2017.
