The United States stock market has been doing good this week and there is a hope that it will continue the gains on Monday when it reopens again that is when the real impact will be valued for the stock markets. Volatility is still there but there is good growth in the market.
Among the changing political situations and the political battle in the United States, there has been some uncertainty in the markets but that has not stopped its growth and the markets are still doing good despite the adverse conditions we are seeing. A strategy of buying cheap stocks won and changed the direction of the market that has been falling, while defensive names faltered. Small-caps, the most-shorted companies gained amazingly and the rockiest equities all beat the S&P 500 as it crawled toward its peak. There are concerns rising as the investors are risking it for the gains and this could cause major rumble as the gamble will be played by many and loads will be at stake so there is no chance of error as the risk appetite rises.
As the risk appetite rises we will be seeing major action in the market as everyone will be baffled by the growths and then sudden cuts will just push the market into a ditch and then it will all be a bigger mess. It will be interesting to see what the markets will do on Monday as this trend is expected to show up
