Saudi Arabia's wellhead crude production stands at 9.9 million, with a production capability of 11.3 million b/d, the country's oil minister Abdulaziz bin Salman aforesaid earlier this month. The country intends to come back to full drilling capability of 12 million b/d by the end of November. Aramco has 5 domestic refineries with a total process capability of 1.9 million b/d.
