The Central bank of Bahamas to launch a new Digital currency on Friday, in the island Exuma. According to a press release, the digital currency will be named after its Project Sand Dollar. Residents of Exuma will be able to enjoy this digital currency beginning on 27th December 2019. The residents will receive mobile wallets by the central banks. The Bahamian Government sees this move as a milestone as it will facilitate the future of payments....
